At Darlingg, every order is packed with care and shipped through our logistics partner,

Shadowfax, one of India's largest delivery networks covering 15,000+ pin codes across

2,500+ cities.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across India, If Shadowfax services your pin code, we deliver to you. You can check serviceability by entering your pin code at checkout.

We do not ship internationally at this time. (Want us to? Tell us at contact@darlingg.com enough wishes might make it happen.)

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a SMS with your tracking details.

Delivery timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. During sale events (including our 11:11 drops), festive seasons, or in case of weather and operational disruptions, deliveries may take a little longer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Our delivery partner confirms every handover with OTP verification at your doorstep so your order is delivered securely, only to you.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready; delivery partners may not carry change.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you can track your order:

1. Via the tracking link sent to your email/SMS/Whatsapp

2. On our Track Order page using your Order ID

3. Directly on the Shadowfax tracking portal

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch

Delivery Attempts & Address Issues

  • Shadowfax will attempt delivery up to 3 times. You'll be contacted via call/SMS before each attempt.
  • If all attempts fail (unreachable, incorrect address, refused delivery), the order returns to us. We'll contact you to arrange re-shipping — re-shipping charges may apply for prepaid orders returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
  • Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Small typo, big detour.

Damaged Boxes & Wrong Items

Please inspect your package on delivery. If the outer box looks damaged or tampered with, you may refuse to accept it — then email us at contact@darlingg.com right away.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos. We'll make it right see our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

Returns & Reverse Pickup

Good news: you never need to courier anything back yourself. All approved returns are collected from your doorstep via Shadowfax reverse pickup. Full eligibility and process in our Refund & Return Policy.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
