Press right on the five-way button and a snowflake appears on the display. Rest the cool metal plate against your neck or wrist for a few seconds. Press right again to switch it off. Ice cooling uses a little extra battery.

Speed is stepless from 1 to 100. Use 1–25 for a soft drift at your desk or while you sleep, 26–50 for steady air on the commute or in a warm room, and 51–100 when you want to cool down fast.

Breeze is not a toy, so keep it away from young children. Whoever is using it should keep fingers, hair and fabric clear of the grille while it's running.

Charge it for a few minutes, then hold the centre button for about 1.5 seconds.

Use the included cable with a 5 V ⎓ 2 A adapter, and gently clear any lint from the USB-C port. If it still won't charge, get in touch.

High speeds and ice cooling use more power. Try lowering the speed a few levels, and switch ice cooling off when you don't need it.

Check that the snowflake is showing on the display, then hold the plate against your skin for a few seconds.

Stop using it straight away, switch it off, unplug it and contact us.

Any USB-C power source: a wall adapter, laptop or power bank. Use a BIS-certified 5 V ⎓ 2 A adapter, and don't use one rated higher than that.

The % sign blinks while Breeze is charging, and the display shows a steady 100 when it's full.

Press left on the button while Breeze is on, or tap the centre button while it's off. If the display shows a blinking 00, charge it soon.

It depends on the speed and how much you use ice cooling, with up to a full day of gentle use. Lower speeds last longer.

There's no need. Unplug it once it's full. If you're storing it for a while, top it up every few weeks.

Fill in the warranty registration form with your details and product serial number, and keep your invoice.

Genuine manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. It doesn't cover accidental damage or drops, water damage, misuse, the wrong charger or voltage, unauthorised repair or opening, or normal wear.
